• The stall booking amount is non-refundable and must be paid in full to secure the reservation.
• The organizers do not assume responsibility for the success or failure of sales during the event.
• The organizer will provide the allocated stall space described in the agreement. Any specific requests for location or additional services must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability.
• Security and surveillance cameras are installed at the venue; however, it is important to note that the responsibility for leaving goods overnight at the site rests with the stall owners. Bhingree, along with its management, staff, and affiliates, cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to goods brought by the stall owners.
• The exhibitor is solely responsible for the safety, security, and insurance of their exhibits, products, and belongings during the event.
• The organizer shall not be held responsible for delays, cancellations, or disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure events (floods, rain, earthquakes), government regulations, or other acts beyond our control.
• The organizer reserves the right to remove any exhibitor or their representatives who violate event policies without a refund.
• Any requests, modifications, or services not explicitly mentioned above, will be considered as additional requirements & Extra charges will be applicable.

As a stall vendor at the lifestyle exhibition, you must comply with all legal requirements to sell your products in India. If you are a manufacturer, please ensure you possess the following licenses and certifications, as applicable to your product range:

1. For Food Products:

• FSSAI License/Registration: Mandatory for food safety and standards compliance under the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
• Trade License: Issued by the local municipal authority.
• Health Certificate: For specific food categories to confirm hygiene and safety.

2. For Skin and Hair Care Products: 

• FDA (Food and Drug Administration) Cosmetic Manufacturing License: As per the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940.
• BIS Certification (Optional): For standard compliance under the Bureau of Indian Standards.
• Labeling Compliance Certificate: Ensures labels meet regulatory standards.
• Import Registration (if applicable): For imported products under CDSCO (Central Drugs Standard Control Organization).
• GST Registration: Required for tax compliance on sales.

Participating in the exhibition confirms that all the necessary licenses and approvals are in place, ensuring your products comply with Indian legal and regulatory standards.

Note:
Organizers will not be responsible if any authority visits the event and finds that you do not have the required licenses. Any fines or penalties imposed by authorities will solely be your responsibility.

• Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances. The booking amount for the stall is non-refundable and must be paid in full in advance to secure the reservation.
• All bookings are non-refundable in case of emergency or medical reasons, the paid amount will be carried forward to the next edition. This will be done on receipt of the submission of valid documentation and subsequent verification and due diligence.
• All disputes under Pune’s jurisdiction
• By making payment and participating in the event/exhibition, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. The organizers reserve the right to update these terms at any time with prior notice.

• Utilize decoration lights (LED string lights) to enhance the ambiance of your stall.
• Consider using banners or flex to showcase your brand innovatively and attract more visitors.
• Ensure you have visiting cards and pamphlets available for distribution.
• Prepare packaging for your products to give away to customers.
• Exercise your creativity to decorate your stall and make it visually appealing.
• Please Cooperate and remain calm as there will be around 70 exhibitors, and issues may arise during the live event. Patience will be needed at the Most here.

All stall vendors are required to ensure a safe and respectful environment for every visitor, with particular attention to women’s security. Male staff or representatives at stalls must maintain appropriate professional conduct and distance while interacting with female visitors. Any form of misconduct, harassment, or inappropriate behavior—verbal or physical—will not be tolerated. In the event of any complaint or confirmed incident, the organizers reserve the right to take immediate and appropriate action against the concerned stall vendor, including removal from the event premises and future participation bans.
